The new Nissan Versa has been crushing its opponents in terms of sales. Its sales numbers were almost twice as high in December 2011 as some of its opponents (including the Chevy Sonic, the Hyundai Accent, the Honda Fit, the Toyota Yaris, the Ford Fiesta, and the Fiat 500). In fact, it took over 24 percent of its segment share, which includes thirteen models. The Versa achieves a respectable 30 mpg in the city and 38 mpg on the highway. Its combined fuel economy is 33 mpg.
