My experience at Nissan of Manhattan was GREAT! When buying a first car dealers are always going to show the highest price they can. However, this dealership did not make my buying a first car experience horrible, they made it better than what I thought it would be. The prices are fair because they give you the lowest prices and the employees are great. When I first walked in Mia Morris welcomed my family and me with a smile and made us feel comfortable about buying a car without looking at them. I am extremely grateful that Mia sold me my first car. She kept in contact with us throughout the whole week. My mother is a really tuff person to impress and if left Nissan of Manhattan with a smile. I'll recommend this dealership to everyone.

I recently purchased a 2006 Nissan Altima from here that was honestly a good deal and was not too much of a hassle. Arturo was my rep, very experienced and knows what he is selling. He had an excellent laid back no pressure sales approach which was refreshing and welcomed. In fact, the entire dealership has this attitude and their pricing seems to be more fair than any you will find in the Northeast. There was hardly any haggling. When I inquired about the car I was looking for they informed me that it was even lower than the price I thought it was! If you have realistic car buying expectations and do a little homework, you will not be disappointed with this well put together smoothly run dealership.

I loved my experience at Nissan of Manhattan. This is my first time shopping for a car and I was ready to give up. I work in sales so I know when people just want just want to sale to me and who has my best interest in mind.I went to several dealership and was feeling to much pressure in buying a car. However once I got into Nissan everyone greeted me with a smile which made me feel comfortable being there. I was assisted by Mia Morris. Mia is by far the most professional but classy business car sales women I've ever met... I had just left Toyota across the street and felt hopeless the sales men never tried to listen to what I wanted and my needs. But Mia was different she showed me all the cars in my budget,all the benefits and features and she gave me options... I fell in love with the Nissan sentra and 3days later I drove out with my car... My experience there really surprised me because its really hard to find people who really care about you and your needs. I went a little over my budget but I'm extremely happy with my car. She helped me out tremendously.

Everyone was courteous and professional. I was very pleased and would defiantly recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Based on my experience I would myself return again.

We had a great experience here, it made buying a car fun. We wanted a specific car, and they patiently worked with us. We never felt taken-advantage of, and we felt the whole deal was fair. This was one of those 'one price' dealerships. We were especially impressed that the finance and business people were upfront and didn't add on a bunch of stuff at the end. Arturo the sales guy was patient and helpful. If every experience in the future was like this, I'd buy Nissans from them for the next 30 years. Of course, do your research when it comes to price and service; but if you're going to buy a Nissan in the New York area, I highly suggest you visit Nissan of Manhattan.

Arturo and the staff at Nissan of Manhattan were hands down the most honest and forthright sales team we visited in researching the best lease deal possible. We returned to Arturo and wound up leasing two cars. We were pleasantly surprised when he was able to make the deals happen within the budget we framed for him, and we were even more surprised when he strongly recommended one car over the other even though it was much less expensive. He clearly had our best interest involved in structuring the deal. I highly recommend working with Arturo. He will steer you in the right direction.

My husband and I decided it was time to purchase a new vehicle and we immediately started researching online for cars as well as dealerships. I found Nissan of Manhattan and looked at their inventory and immediately found a car I liked and that fit into our budget.My husband said to me it can't be true they probably listed that price online and when you get there they'll probably tell us is sold or that the price is higher. We decided to give it a shot. Cindy Rivera greeted us and showed us different options. We told her what our budget was and she assured us that she will work with us to meet our budget.I told her about the car we saw online . She immediately looked for it and found it. And guess what the price didn't change it was the same exact price they had listen online. Cindy was amazing in addressing all our concerns and questions, as well as helping us in identifying the right model and trim.
